| GENERAL TIMING |
• "Naked" engravers (no gold/silver/rose top): These are ready to ship and leave our shop quickly.
• Gold/Silver/Rose: These are prepared as ordered and leave our shop twice a week. Orders placed by Sunday night generally leave our shop Tuesday. Orders placed by Wednesday night generally leave our shop Friday. Please keep in mind we are a small business and not an Amazon warehouse so this is just to provide an idea of what our normal workflow is.
• Shipping timing is in the hands of the postal companies. The site is linked to their platforms. When you add your address in the shopping cart, you will see the shipping options available to your address as well as their timing estimates. Please note, this is their estimate and is only the shipping timing after the package leaves our shop in California.
